We create squash & fitness programs wherein coaching will be conducted for toddlers, beginners, intermediate and advance level players. 5 Sports tailor makes a squash curriculum for each level which is created in accordance with professional players and coaches. Our fitness coaches focus on core strengthening, balance , functional, endurance and weight training. We have morning weekend sessions & evening weekday sessions, twice and thrice a week respectively. Regular assessment of players is also conducted to ensure structured progress.
Nutrition is also a huge component of our programs. We provide nutrition counselors to chalk out a diet plan for each participant. This will ensure consumption of correct nutrition foods which will result in an overall improvement of the game, fitness and health.
5 Sports also provides mind management & yoga teachers. We train the players to develop stronger minds & calmer tempers which enables them to make correct decisions during matches.
